Do we need more women in leadership roles? If so, how do we make it happen? Is there a difference in style between women and men when it comes to leading?

Only 35% of leaders in the public sector are women. Why are women still significantly under-represented in key decision-making roles, despite the increasing participation in the labour force and strong representation in various parts of the public sector? What needs to change to improve women’s equality?
